The Rockwood Public Library serves as a recreational, educational, and informational center for residents of the community. The library provides access to reliable information, resources, and materials that support lifelong learning, personal growth, and enjoyment.  Through a wide range of services and resources, the library encourages a love of reading, promotes the joy of learning, and assists individuals in finding and using both print and digital information. 

The library offers programs for a variety of age groups throughout the year. Preschool Storytime is held weekly and includes stories, songs, crafts, and interactive activities designed to encourage early literacy and a love of reading. 

Seasonal programs, such as the Summer Reading Program, provide additional opportunities for children and families to engage with books and learning in a fun and interactive environment. Special events and activities are offered periodically for children, teens, and adults.
