Phone Hearings
Phone hearings may be available for some moving violations. Contact the court office to request this option.

Your court date, time, and location are listed at the bottom of your citation. Rockwood City Court is held at the Rockwood City Hall Municipal Services Building, 110 N. Chamberlain Avenue.

The City of Rockwood offers a one-time courtesy reschedule. A second reschedule requires documentation of a medical or emergency situation and approval by the court. To request a reschedule, contact the court clerk at (865) 354-0611 during regular business hours well in advance of your court date.

A “Notice of Failure to Appear” will be mailed to you, giving you 30 days from the date of notice to pay or contact the court office.

Driving school may be awarded at the discretion of the judge during court.
